Ireland offers a welcoming environment where students can enjoy a mix of modern facilities and rich cultural traditions.

Whether you're exploring historic sites, enjoying the natural landscapes, or connecting with new friends, Ireland makes it easy to feel at home and become part of the community.

A word from the founder

I’m Lisa Tetteh, founder of Cork Study Connect. Although I was born in Ghana, I’ve grown up in Cork since the age of four, and my own experience of adapting to a new country shaped my passion for helping others do the same. I know what it feels like to start fresh, to navigate a new culture, and to search for a sense of belonging — and that’s why supporting international students means so much to me.

I created Cork Study Connect to give students more than enrolment assistance. I wanted to offer real, on-the-ground support from someone who understands their journey. From choosing the right course to settling into life in Ireland, I guide students every step of the way so they feel confident, welcomed, and supported.

Alongside this, I run Tetteh and Co Financial, where I help new businesses grow — work that has strengthened my commitment to community, structure, and empowerment.

My goal is simple:
to help every student not only study in Ireland, but truly feel at home here.
